No. IshSeva is not a hospital, home nursing company, ambulance service, diagnostic company, or emergency-response service. We do not replace doctors or professional caregivers.
Families with ageing parents in Lucknow — including NRIs, professionals living in other cities, frequent travellers, busy families nearby, and ageing couples who would value regular human presence and support.
Our founding-family pilot is being prepared in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

IshSeva is building a structured process — application screening, personal interview, identity and address documentation, appropriate reference and verification steps where available, training and scenario assessment, and pilot readiness with ongoing oversight before independent family visits.
Yes. Where available and agreed in advance, an IshSeva associate can accompany a parent to a pre-scheduled appointment, help with appropriate non-medical logistics, be present during waiting periods, and share a structured factual post-visit update with the designated family contact.
No. IshSeva associates do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or interpretation of medical results. Medical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals, the individual, and legally authorized family representatives.
With appropriate consent, the designated family contact receives a structured, factual post-visit update covering agreed non-medical observations and any relevant logistical notes — not medical opinions.
No. Associates do not independently handle bank accounts, PINs, OTPs or financial credentials, do not borrow money from families, and do not make financial or legal decisions.
IshSeva is not an emergency-response or ambulance service. In a medical emergency, please contact qualified emergency services and medical professionals. Associates are expected to follow IshSeva's escalation process rather than act beyond their responsibilities.
