Founders

Two founders. One idea worth taking seriously.

IshSeva is being built from an early stage. We're not pretending to have all the answers — we're beginning with a problem we care deeply about, and building by listening to families.

Ansh Pratap Rao

Ansh is building IshSeva around a simple belief: distance should not leave families constantly wondering whether the people they love are receiving enough companionship, attention, and everyday support.

As Founder, Ansh leads IshSeva's early development, family conversations, pilot operations, and long-term direction.

His ambition is to build IshSeva into a trusted family-support platform that combines genuine human presence with thoughtful technology — beginning with a small founding-family pilot in Lucknow and learning carefully before growing further.

For Ansh, IshSeva is not about pretending to replace a family. It is about building a dependable layer of support around families when everyday life, work, or distance makes being physically present difficult.

"We are starting small because trust should be earned carefully. My ambition is to build something families can genuinely depend on."

Siddharth Gupta

Siddharth supports the development and early-stage growth of IshSeva, working alongside the founder to help shape a trusted family-support service for ageing parents and the people who care about them.

As Co-Founder, he contributes to the work of turning IshSeva from an early idea into a thoughtful, practical service built around real family needs.

Together, the founding team is focused on beginning carefully, listening to families, learning from the Lucknow pilot, and building trust before pursuing wider growth.

Our ambition

Begin with 10 families.

Learn deeply.

Build for millions.

IshSeva is beginning with a deliberately small founding-family pilot in Lucknow.

The immediate goal is not rapid expansion. It is to understand what families genuinely need, what builds trust, what creates meaningful support, and what must improve.

Our long-term ambition is larger: to explore whether dependable, human-centred family support can become accessible to families across more cities — while preserving the care, accountability, and personal connection that should exist from the very beginning.

What we believe

Four convictions that shape how we build.

01

Presence matters

Technology can improve coordination. It cannot replace genuine human presence.

02

Trust must be earned

Families should know who is supporting the people they love and what happened during each visit.

03

Start small. Learn properly.

We would rather learn deeply from a small number of families than pretend to have everything figured out.

04

Grow without losing the human side

Our ambition may be large, but the experience should always feel personal.

A note from the founders

We're at the beginning.
